Question! Question ~ ! How we do change our keyboard settings to another Language ~ ? ( ~CLICK HERE ~ )

Woof ~ Woof ~ Welcome Again!

Here ~ NepNep will teach you how to enable yourself to use other languages in NON-Unicode Clietns & Mostly Importantly Cosmic Break.
Few Notes that should be taken before carrying out this !!! Please Read :X

1)You are forced to change your entire system language to the desired Language using System Locate IF you want to type in Cosmic Break~
2)You can only use this desired Language one at the a time to work properly with Cosmic Break.
3)The changes only affects Non-Unicode Programs though mostly you would encounter in your daily lives would be Installers ~ !
4)You DON'T NEED to Change System Locate if you're intending to type in a different language on modern & advance Applications. (Example : Web Browsers, Notepad , & Et cetera)

Hopefully other Windows Users won't have trouble since I'm using Windows 7 for this Guide/Tutorial ~

Step 1 ~ Enter Control Panel !


Step 2 Click Clock,Language & Region
Windows Vista/7 Then Click Region & Language




For Windows XP & Below ~ I Believe you would have to click this Little Guy ~ You should have the Similar Icon as this so do look out !!


Step 3 ~ Once it Pops out ~ Go to Keyboard & Language Tab & Click Change Keyboard. Something like this should Pop Up. But Ignore the rest on what you see in the picture this is just an Example. If you want to add Japanese just click "Add" and Select Japan (Japanese). I won't go to other languages since I don't think you have any reason to go, I'll skip that and continue



Notice something appeared at the bottom left of your screen ~ >3 ? (Might Need to Restart to apply the New Changes) * Press Shift + Alt to Switch between languages for your keyboard, It works in-game as well ~ *

It should look something like this !


You're Almost Done !! Now you need to change your System Locate to Japan or your Desired Language ~ x:
Right next to the Keyboard & Language Tab from that Pop Up Click Administrative Tab ~




Then click "Change System Locate" & Select the Country with their Man Language. Example: Japan => Japanese x:



It will request for you to Reboot/Restart your Computer and you should ~ Once you're done :3 There you go, you now able to type *Insert Desired Language Here* On your Computer.
