I'd recommend perhaps removing a few parts and sacrifice either a bit of FLY/TGH to finish High Shooter tuning that Thoarla AM3.
With your other build, I am completely lost as I have never owned an auto-beam rifle.... owo''...

Here's my own personal build: it's a alpha-crowd control/anti-melee Gwyain! It goes great against Melee rushers but really nothing else:

There's no other way for you to currently get one other than hope for Thoarla Nimbus with the Thoarla am3 to appear in Daily Garapon, or RO cube. Since there's no option to trade Rt parts...
